Our Mentorship Program pairs each mentee with a professional in the dance industry who aligns with their aspirations. Each mentorship is unique, with mentors offering resources, advice, and monthly virtual meetings to guide mentees through the preparatory or early stages of their careers. Our mentors are BIPOC professionals from various areas of the dance industry, including concert and commercial dance spaces, Broadway, film & TV, and some of the most prestigious dance companies in the USA.

STM has helped me in many ways, not only economically, but also on a personal level.
